Business Law Section Weekly Newsletter
We at the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar would like to take a moment to thank those to whom we are grateful. First, we appreciate our members – your participation is what makes us one of the best sections in the Bar. Second, we’d like to acknowledge our sponsors – without you, we could not provide the quality programming and events to our membership. In this issue, we’d like to recognize our first ever Diamond Sponsor, Michael Moecker & Associates, with a special feature below. Next, we’d like show appreciation to our administration – in particular Stefanie Svisco, Tracey Eller and Paul Perdomo. Without your constant help, we could not run our virtual events or keep our members updated. Lastly, we’d like to thank our executive board. Without your tireless work, this ship would veer off course. With all that is going on, you have all shown resilience and adaptability, and we just wanted to make sure we showed our gratitude. So thank you.

Kudos to Our Members (Correction)
Congratulations to Manny Farach and Greg Weiss on completing the full Iron Man 70.3 Gulf Coast in Panama City on November 7, 2020! This was incorrectly stated they did the HALF in the last issue. The full-length IRONMAN began about dawn and included a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bicycle ride and a 26.2-mile run. Kudos for accomplishing this feat!
