Business Law Section Weekly Newsletter
Welcome to the COVID-19/Phase III Edition of the BLS Weekly Newsletter. In this issue, we feature a blog article on an employer’s guide to Phase III issues, highlight free COVID-related CLE’s, and revisit a request from the Pro Bono committee for eviction lawyers.

Also, the COVID-19 Pandemic Recovery Task Force reports that it is working on putting together a CLE on foreclosure and eviction issues. Further, they are updating the COVID-19 Resource page on the BLS website with information and administrative orders that come out about the reopening of courts for civil jury trials. So make sure to check back for updates.
