Join us on Wednesday, January 16th from 4-6 p.m. to learn all about the benefits, resources, and opportunities that come along with your GVCC membership. At the Clark County Fire & Rescue Station 26 Community Room (Dollars Corner) in Battle Ground, we'll discuss everything there is to know about what it means to be a GVCC member. There will be a chance to Q&A with the staff and to get to know everyone in attendance. All current, renewing, and potential members are welcome to attend this free, no host event. No registration required.

Join WorkSource for their January Hiring Event , Wednesday from 10am -12pm at WorkSource Vancouver. Prepare ahead of time with your best icebreakers, plenty of resumes, and be sure to dress for success. Employers in attendance include: Jackson Hewitt, Elfin Services, Sysco, and WIS International to name a few.
We are excited to announce our program for the 2019 Women In Leadership Lecture Series , working alongside Trust Tree Productions our newest partners. This next chapter of WILL reflects the program's core mission of authenticity throughout professional growth while gathering women together to connect, share, and listen.

Our first installment of the 2019 program will be at the ilani Resort & Casino at Rose & Thorn on January 29th. This first event will feature key speakers Ana Mari Cauce, PhD , President of the University of Washington, and Carolyn Long, PhD , Washington State University Associate Professor.

The Future Is STEM: The GVCC and nConnect , along with our sponsors HAPO Community Credit Union and Chick-fil-A brought students from Hockinson High School and Jason Lee Middle School onsite to HAPO Community Credit Union for a unique opportunity to explore careers in the financial industry. From mortgages, to CD's, to financial health, these students learned the opportunities available for them in this STEM field. Before breaking out into small networking groups, Ronnie Noize of the DIY Marketing Center dropped by to teach them the importance of a great first impression.
