Rafferty in the Home Stretch at 401 N. Main St. in Santa Ana



Following two years of construction in Downtown Santa Ana, the Toll Brothers are putting the finishing touches on Rafferty, a new mixed-use development. The project consists of two buildings that will feature 218 rental apartments, 328 parking spaces, and 12,000+ square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Apartment spaces feature a mix of studios, one, and two-bedroom floor plans. Visit the leasing website here.

The Small Business Incentive Program provides grants of up to $5,000 for start-up microenterprises in Santa Ana. Businesses must have 5 or less employees including owners, be within the 3 years of start-up, and in compliance with all City regulations. Business owner income limits apply.


This Grant program is made possible with funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
