New Commercial Property Signage Requirements

The Santa Ana City Council passed an ordinance amending the Santa Ana Municipal Code (SAMC) section 10-96(c).

SAMC section 10-96 now requires signs to be posted at each entrance & exit on properties of every commercial center in Santa Ana providing 24-hour contact information of the property owner/property management company.

Please pass this information along to your property owners/managers.
