Related Bristol Mixed-Use Urban Village
Santa Ana has approved its largest-ever development, a transformative $3 billion project spearheaded by Related California. The 41-acre site, known as Callens Common and Metro Town Square, will be redeveloped into a mixed-use destination featuring over 3,750 housing units, 350,000 square feet of commercial space, 13 acres of open space, and a 250-room hotel. This landmark project marks the largest private investment in Santa Ana’s history, aimed at reshaping the city with apartments, cafes, shops, and open public spaces. Construction is set to begin soon, with the first phase expected to wrap up by 2030.
This development is positioned to become a key gateway to the city and will bring significant economic and community benefits, including increased sales tax revenues and modernized amenities
