Related Bristol Mixed-Use Urban Village


Santa Ana has approved its largest-ever development, a transformative $3 billion project spearheaded by Related California. The 41-acre site, known as Callens Common and Metro Town Square, will be redeveloped into a mixed-use destination featuring over 3,750 housing units, 350,000 square feet of commercial space, 13 acres of open space, and a 250-room hotel. This landmark project marks the largest private investment in Santa Ana’s history, aimed at reshaping the city with apartments, cafes, shops, and open public spaces. Construction is set to begin soon, with the first phase expected to wrap up by 2030.


This development is positioned to become a key gateway to the city and will bring significant economic and community benefits, including increased sales tax revenues and modernized amenities

Mobile Application: Go Rn


The City of Santa Ana is more than just a home office to Go RN. Owner, Vanessa Benavides, is surrounded by family and friends who are deeply connected to Santa Ana in numerous ways. Her and her siblings were raised with humble beginnings in Santa Ana, attended high school here, and have worked in the city, making it a central part of their lives. Many of the executive clinical team members began their nursing career journeys at Santa Ana College.


It was imperative for Vanessa to open up shop in downtown Santa Ana to be an inspiration to others in the community. Vanessa and the Go RN team are actively pursuing partnerships with Santa Ana College to provide the community with job opportunities in the health industry utilizing their revolutionary workforce management software. This tech company was born and bred in Santa Ana and plans on being a staple in the community for years to come. They are proud to embody the essence of the city, continually contributing to its growth and well-being.

Hometown Heroes


The City of Santa Ana is proud to recognize Santa Ana's military heroes for their service through the City's Military Banner Program. Family members and loved ones may nominate an active duty service member from any branch of the military to be honored with a street banner with the service member's name and photo. The banner will be prominently displayed on one of the City's streetlight poles along MacArthur Boulevard or Civic Center Drive.
