Santa Ana-Based Overair Signs Purchase Commitment for 20 Flying Taxis 



Overair is often referred to as a “flying taxi” company, however, the planned uses for its air vehicle Butterfly has goals of reaching a much wider range of transportation uses. Overair recently signed a commitment agreement with HeliKorea for 20 Butterfly aircraft that “will be used for medical, executive, and cargo transport, as well as firefighting, high-voltage power line inspection, and other applications.”

Rove & Gelson’s Partnership For Charging Centers


Electric vehicle charging company Rove is teaming up with supermarket chain Gelson’s for a string of new public centers in Southern California, with the first groundbreaking taking place in Santa Ana. The charging centers will offer 40+ public chargers compatible with all EV's, with amenities including restrooms, lounges, on-site security and car washes.


The Gelson’s markets on-site at the centers, will feature fresh meals, beverages and grocery staples. They’ll be branded as ReCharge by Gelson’s.
