Demolition Begins for Development of Harbor Logistics Center



Harbor Logistics Center, located at 3100 and 3130 S. Harbor Blvd., will consist of a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution complex spanning approximately 163,000 square feet consisting of 7,000 square feet of office space, 17 dock-high doors, rooftop solar panels, and EV charging stalls. Two office buildings will soon be demolished and cleared. Developer Kearny Real Estate expects to complete the project by the end of this year.
