World-class transportation expert Gil Penarosa will share a model to meet the needs of a community aged from 8 to 80 at a Special Council meeting.

WINSLOW HOTELS & HAZARD PAY ON THE COBI AGENDA
Heads-up that City Council will discuss both the possibility of prohibiting new hotels on Winslow Way, and potentially instituting up to $4/hr in hazard pay for large-scale grocery store workers at the Tues., Mar. 23 meeting. Both issues have attracted much debate.

NEW CITY MANAGER CONFIRMED
Blair King's contract was approved unanimously by the Council and he will move to Bainbridge from Coronado Island, CA to take up the reins in mid-May.

Updated CARES rules allow our local Nonprofits to join Island Businesses in receiving free Non-Contact Thermometers (only Sole-Proprietorships are still excluded).

We have less than ten still available on a first-come, first-served basis.

ALL island businesses and organizations are still eligible for free disposable masks for your staff and customers thanks to funds from the City and donations from private citizen groups.
