As part of our continued work on the Official Plan Update, we are now working with SHS on gathering information from the public related to housing and housing needs for Petawawa.

Complete this quick survey that will inform how we proceed with residential development approvals in the coming years.

We are hosting Builder/Developer (Wednesday, July 19th) and Community Partners (Thursday, July 20th) virtual stakeholder meetings from 9:30-11:30 am. Renfrew County Community Futures Development Corporation has a new microloan available. This microloan Financing / Funding - RCCFDC — Renfrew Country Community Futures Development Corp has a shortened application form compared to their regular term loans, download the loan application form, check off which microloan you are applying for, fill in the remainder of the information, and submit it to info@rccfdc.org.

Community Improvement Plan Matching Loan

Are you applying for a grant under your municipality’s Community Improvement Plan? We can provide a matching loan, up to $10,000, which can count towards your contribution to the project. Low 5% interest rate and flexible repayment terms. Proof of Municipal CIP Approval is required.
