Behavior-Based Interviewing is the university's recommended method of interviewing.
Join HR from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on March 23 in Scovell Hall for this valuable training session for any manager interested in improving or enhancing their hiring process.
After completing the training, attendees will be better prepared to recognize candidates who best fit the skills necessary for the position.
Attendees will learn:
- How to use a position's Major Job Responsibilities to build interview questions
- What information to solicit from applicants to evaluate and select the best-fit candidate
- How to evaluate all information received during the selection process
- How to ensure your hiring and selection process is legally appropriate
