A payroll lock-down will occur during the November payroll cycle. Once payroll has locked down, no further CDEM entries can be made prior to 10/1/2022 for monthly employees and 09/24/2022 for biweekly employees.
Any effort remaining on the clearing account for the lock-down periods will require the department to submit a Z4 journal to move effort to an appropriate account.
