Remote/Hybrid Work
As President Eli Capilouto communicated to the university on June 10, 2022, existing remote and hybrid work guidelines remain in place as a Work Location Work-group continues researching and exploring ideas as well as providing recommendations on how work location can support our institutional mission and efforts to advance the state. Prior to COVID-19, remote work requests were required to be submitted and approved each fiscal year but for the foreseeable future, all existing remote or hybrid work agreements remain in place while the Work Location Work-group continues its efforts. Any updates or changes to current guidelines, including requests for remote or hybrid work, will be communicated with the university community once recommendations, if approved by university leadership, are finalized. Any new requests would need to be submitted directly to [email protected].

Equipment Reminder: If a unit agrees to allow university-owned furniture to be obtained by an employee, the employee and their supervisor must complete the university’s Off-Campus Equipment Form.
