Students Kick Off School Year With All the Right Tools at RISE Back-to-School Bash

A group of local businesses came together to sponsor the RISE Back-to-school Bash on
August 7 at FPL's Manatee Lagoon in West Palm Beach. During the event, thousands of backpacks and school supplies were distributed to students.
South Grade Students Surprised With Backpacks, School Supplies

In collaboration with the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, students and teachers at South Grade Elementary School received brand new gear, courtesy of Office Deport and the company's annual Start Proud® program.

Partnerships can be big or small and donations can be in the form of monetary contributions, donation of personal time, and/or tangible resources that help meet the needs of schools, students, and teachers. Spotlight:
Successful Partnership With NYU Leads to Future PBCSD Teachers

An innovative program inside the School District allows students to work as resident teachers while taking graduate courses online through NYU. Thirteen NYU students have taken part in the program since the partnership began in 2019. Students agree to work in the District for two years after their first year of residency.
Fifth Third Bank Supports Facility Beautification and Wellness Initiatives
The School District Transportation Central Facility is working hard to improve the wellness culture and environment for staff. Fifth Third Bank is getting involved as a Partner in Education to help make the project a huge success through their monetary donation and contribution of other resources.
