Through a collaboration involving Simple Life Medical and Kira Labs, District 2 School Board member Alexandria Ayala procured more than 50,000 units of Medyskin hand sanitizers for use in District schools. The donation is valued at approximately $75,000. Click Here to Learn More

Partnerships can be big or small and donations can be in the form of monetary contributions, donation of personal time, and/or tangible resources that help meet the needs of schools, students, and teachers. Northboro Elementary student Derron Blakes Jr. received a $1,000 check celebrating his selection as the 10,000th scholarship recipient. Teacher of the Year and School-Related Employee of the Year Announced

Toshimi Abe-Janiga, a teacher at Riviera Beach Preparatory Academy, and Hernan Avila, an Instructional Technical Support Assistant (ITSA) at Wellington Community High School received the awards during a ceremony on March 30.
