: Due to our change in ownership on 10/16/2018, we must require that ALL
business clients sign a new Engagement Letter in 2019. If applicable, these will be sent with a Year End Business Letter, and you will have to print, sign and return (e-signature not available).
We will not be able to file a 2018 business tax return without a signed Business Engagement Letter. However, once we have it on file, it will remain in effect and it won't have to be submitted again.
INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS: Engagement Letters for individual clients are an
ANNUAL requirement, and they are sent with your Tax Organizer.
Note for Portal Clients:
If you file a joint return with your spouse AND if we have both spouses' email addresses on file, you will each receive a separate emailed
to electronically sign the Engagement Letter (click REVIEW & SIGN).
Both e-signs must be successful for us to receive the Engagement Letter.
If both are not successful, or if you prefer to sign manually, click on the DECLINE SIGNATURE link on the e-signature email to stop the system from sending you weekly reminders.
