The Piscataquis Chamber of Commerce is proud to represent the incredible businesses that help make our region such a special place to live, work, and visit. Many businesses throughout Piscataquis County have earned recognition at the state, regional, and even national level for their outstanding products and services, commitment to excellence, and dedication to their communities.

Each year, we invite Piscataquis County residents, employees, and business owners to nominate a deserving local business for the Chamber’s Business of the Year Award. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the businesses that make a difference every day—where we work, shop, eat, gather, and do business.

Now it’s your turn! Tell us which local business stands out to you and, most importantly, why they deserve to be recognized. Help us celebrate the businesses that make Piscataquis County a great place to call home.

A few requirements.....

The business you nominate MUST meet the following criteria:

1) Must be a Piscataquis Chamber of Commerce member (check the list here) for a minimum of 2 years and be located in a community represented by the Piscataquis Chamber.

2) Must demonstrate business excellence through continued growth, leadership, innovation, and creativity.

3) Must provide a healthy and safe work environment for its employees.

4) Must contribute to and have a positive influence on the well-being of the community in which it resides.
