After a career building tech companies and advising businesses and government organizations, Le Roux saw the need for a Governor with a background in business who could tackle the unique challenges facing the state.
As Californians’ frustrations with Newsom have grown since last year, Le Roux, a political outsider, has stepped up to bring fresh leadership to Sacramento.
“I am no stranger to hard work, big tasks, or long odds. My whole life has been staring down the impossible,” said Le Roux. “With record high gas prices, the highest unemployment in the nation, a never-ending homelessness crisis, and crime spiraling out of control, far too many of our neighbors feel the California Dream is impossible. With innovative solutions and a determination to tackle our biggest problems head on, we can dream again.”
In addition to being an entrepreneur and author, Jenny Rae Le Roux is a mother to three sons, two of which attend a public Spanish language immersion school in Redding. Le Roux, who has lived in California for 14 years, received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. A renowned strategic business advisor, Le Roux is a frequent presenter at Harvard Business School, the Wharton School, and over 60 other top institutions.
