WED launches Superstars Mentorship Program

Williston Economic Development - Williston Economic Development (WED) has announced it is launching a new mentorship program in January 2021. The new “Superstars” initiative is designed to connect successful small business owners with potential Williston entrepreneurs. “To become a mentor, the individuals must have utilized the Williston STAR Fund, been in business for a minimum of five years and established themselves as a leader in our community,” explained WED executive director Shawn Wenko. Busted Knuckle Brewery celebrates
Grand Opening in Williston

Williston Herald - After three and half years of roadblocks and frustration, Williston's Busted Knuckle Brewery finally opened its doors to the public on Tuesday, Jan. 12. A true family affair, the brewery is owned and operated by the Boreson family, who also own a brewery in Glasgow, Montana by the same name. Bakken Midstream - Bakken Midstream Natural Gas, LLC, a developer of value-added natural gas infrastructure in North Dakota, has announced it has signed its first ethane supply term sheet to support a large-scale, baseload power plant. The Williston Basin Energy Center will be the largest power plant to utilize advances in combustion turbine technology that enables ethane as its primary fuel source.
