Our 2023 Butler Bear Clubs are being finalized. The Activity List and Registration Information will all be posted to the PTO webpage soon. Stay tuned!

We also need to fill all of our aide and hall monitor positions!! Volunteers are paid and will have some early registration options. Volunteer Registration will open December 22 at 6:00 PM.

We had an amazing turnout for our Holiday Shoppe & Vendor Fair (December 9). Thank you to our Holiday Shoppe Chairs Kerri Zwiebel, Michelle Lockett, and Christy Homewood; and Vendor Fair Chairs Amanda Bonsall and Shakti Priyadarshini, for all of your hard work! And thank you to all of our vendors (especially our Butler student vendors) for participating.

A big thank you to all those that cooked, baked, made, or bought items for the meal we provided to teachers and staff (December 12). All really enjoyed the taco bar, salads, desserts and snacks to get them through the long conference days. Butler is at it's Best when we show our appreciation! Special thanks to even chairs Jennifer Mininger and Lisa Hood.

**Please note: All volunteer opportunities are subject to change based on District guidelines. We ask that you please refrain from cell phone usage during your volunteer shift. Unfortunately, younger siblings are no longer permitted to accompany volunteers. You must have your volunteer clearances completed prior to signing up for lunch duty.

In order to volunteer in the classroom, you must have current volunteer clearances through CBSD. ***Failure to gain CBSD volunteer credentials may prohibit your ability to support any upcoming parties.*** Questions? Contact Erin McCreary.

The process is EASY and all done online using the Volunteer Tracker App. Every CB volunteer will need to register, and upload their clearances.

Pennsylvania law requires all persons having direct contact with school children obtain background checks and clearances. Click here for the required clearances, along with links to the state’s websites.
