Our Most Recent Community Land Connection Hike
April 28th at Eagle River Preserve

Participants in the Community Land Connections series at the Eagle River Preserve learned about living with wildlife from Jessica Foulis, EVLT Stewardship and Outreach Manager, and Bill Andre, Colorado Parks and Wildlife District Wildlife Manager

Each month we team up with another organization to
lea d a hike on a public parcel under conservation easement. This series is an opportunity to leverage local efforts to encourage people to appreciate and protect our beautiful home and the wildlife that lives here. Each hike is a chance to learn about Eagle Count y and ask questions of local experts.

Our most recent took place on April 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Eagle River Preserve. We partnered with Bill Andree, district wildlife ranger with Colorado Parks and Wildlife, to talk about living with elk.
