Daily Laboratories, Division of Mobilab, Inc. is a private ISO-certified laboratory serving diverse industries including food, dairy, meat, produce, water, cosmetic, plastic and paper companies.  We can test products and environmental samples.

 The laboratory was established in 1960 as a raw milk testing laboratory. We are a woman-owned business and have expanded to provide microbiological services for other industries. We are also capable of testing for the presence of pesticides residue and allergens in environmental samples.

A team from Rutgers University and Tennessee State University recently evaluated over 650 samples of raw meat, poultry, finfish and shellfish products and reported on the shipping methods and materials, coolants, and the product temperatures and conditions upon arrival.  Read it Here.
FDA & USDA Under One Roof?

A bill recently introduced by Senator Richard Durbin (D-IL) calls for a single, independent food safety agency.  The Safe Food Act 2015 would combine the responsibilities of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under one roof within the Department of Health and Human Services.  Read the Bill Here.

Mustard Museum

There is a museum dedicated to mustards and mustard memorabilia.   

FACT
The Mustard Museum is located in Middleton, Wisconsin. It opened in 1992 originally in Mt. Horub, WI and moved to Middleton in 2009.  There are more than 5,600 different mustards and assorted memorabilia, such as mustard pots and antique tins.  The museum has been an answer on Jeopardy! and has been featured on several shows. Admission is free.
