For many, our beliefs may have taken a beating in 2020.

I know that just a few simple months ago, I was crystal clear on my business, my life, and the world at large. While navigating life is always an adventure, even in the best of times, the road was once more predictable, the path a bit more etched out, the upside perhaps a bit more visible and tangible. Logic played a part in decision making.

I tend to be a planner by nature. Vacations mapped out. Goals clearly stated. Calendars filled with meetings, clients, networking, meals and special events. Neatly placed and aligned, belief in the things I was already doing was validated by decades of experience, mindful choices of this not that, and a rhythm to what is and what is not.

Boom! Enter 2020.

In a year that is not every day predictable, investing in your ability to more instinctively trust in yourself is more essential than ever before. Decisions from the head can be overthought, from the heart often too emotional, from the gut and intuition, perhaps the sweet spot. Blending in the spiritual component supports the navigation of goals in a more up-to-the-minute way. You need to have the long-range reach, yet it is the short-range grab, the micro goals, that form the foundation of where to invest in your business and your life from the unique perspective of 2020. Investing in belief is not a static automated continuum, but rather an ongoing moment-centric buy-in as to how you uniquely align yourself amid the chaos.

As you Activate August, and lean into the 31 days ahead, think about what you believe to be true. Your truth is always free. Buying into belief is yours for the asking.

Belief is an inside thing.

No matter how much someone else believes in you…if you don’t authentically envision it for yourself, it is hard to get action and traction on something. It is difficult to be in a state of disbelief and to get things accomplished, so manifesting what is true , your truth , right now, is an essential component in goal setting and success. That is why, at a time such as this, where it is harder to imagine things, believing that you will prevail, do well, rise to the occasion and move ahead is the basis of that very thing happening.

A belief is the inception of an intention. The seedling of a goal. If you want your belief to stick you have to give it wings to fly. Those wings are the commitments and choices you make to trust yourself, to trust the Universe, and to think and take action with head and heart and gut…all in.

I am supporting your beliefs and mine as we Activate August. Let’s manifest together!
