Staying Competitive
September Home Sale Statistics
Highest and Lowest Sales for the Month

Staying Competitive Whether Buying or Selling
Work with an agent. There is no cost or downside, only benefits.
Have mortgage approval or cash verification documents ready and current.
Low-ball offers don't work in a competitive market like this.
Conditions are in your favor, but don't get too greedy.
Buyers may offer to pay up, but the lender or appraiser could break the deal.
Enforce PPE - hand sanitizer at the entrance, strict limitations for viewing.
Respond to buyer offers promptly and ethically.
