Customer service expert, Dr. Bryan K. Williams, DM of B. Williams Enterprise LLC (and formerly of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company) will lead this workshop. Bryan is one of our most popular speakers. We expect this workshop to sell out!

For many organizations, the last 10 months have been about just holding things together — navigating challenges, managing cash flow, and keeping your enterprise afloat. But most of us see an emerging light at the end of this tunnel and are now eager to start growing again. That, of course, means (re)focusing on customers, (re)building relationships, and providing exceptional service.

Bryan's energizing workshop focuses on proven concepts and techniques to provide exceptional service to your workforce and your customers, both internal and external.

Managing Change: The Proactive Approach Out in Front of the Change
We are all dealing with accelerating levels of change, in part due to the pandemic but also just the increasing speed of information, the evolution of technology, and general changes in business. Organizations that are better at managing change will do better than those that don’t, and leaders who are better at proactively leading through change will inspire and enable teams to better achieve their goals.

We're pleased to announce a special online workshop, hosted in partnership with the Alliance for Performance Excellence --the first in a quarterly Professional Development Series.  Managing Change: The Proactive Approach Out in Front of the Change. facilitated by Dr. Mac McGuire, CEO of the Quality Texas Foundation Wednesday, March 31 from 9 am - 4:30 pm.

This workshop incorporates the latest change management research on both organizational and personal changes post COVID-19. It uses a variety of sources, including Harvard Business School, MIT/Sloan Management, and the work of John Kotter, author of Leading Change (updated in 2020). The workshop will explore the eight-step process of Change Management and Accelerating Change, which is transferrable to all types and sizes organizations. Learn how to assess your current situation and take bold steps to create a sense of urgency; generate short-term wins and remove barriers; and institute and sustain change within your organizations or your teams. The discussion incorporates concepts from the validated Baldrige Framework (though your organization need not be officially using Baldrige to learn the tools for managing change).
