A big thank you to all who made the Bonaire Trip! Just taking in the trip helps build the crew, celebrate the fun with friends new and old, who knew going diving with a crazy group could change lives?!?
A little housekeeping:
I just spoke with Hellen, and she was all abuzz of the great group of travelers. She said there were many questions from the group, so I will try to follow up here:
Membership: Our membership dollars fund dive equipment and training for our recipients an their buddies. We have two options, a one-time membership or you can do a recurring membership, what we like to call Auto-Pirate. Click here to find out more.
Chapters: We network with dive stores who have an adaptive dive instructor on board to train our recipients, help them acclimate to the gear and have a neighborhood dive center to continue to grow as a diver. Click here to find out more.
Volunteering: Helping out your nearest chapter is always a plus, a huge help is liking and sharing our recipients fundraising pages, and introducing us to new audiences. So please share our social media posts, tell your friends about us, and sign up for the captain's blog (our e-newsletter ) to keep in touch with us.
