Maine’s Maternal and Child Health Program at the Maine CDC administers the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
Every five years states are required to conduct a needs assessment to continue to evaluate the state’s specific priorities. We need your help. This short survey should only take about 5-10 minutes to complete and your responses will be anonymous. The survey will ask about priorities in five MCH population domains:
- Women’s and maternal health,
- Perinatal and infant health,
- Child health,
- Adolescent health and
- Children and youth with special health care needs.
The goal is to collect survey responses from a wide range of individuals including program administrators, service providers, program participants, families, people with lived experience and others invested in maternal and child health services in Maine. To complete the survey, please click the survey link below.
The survey will stay open until October 21st.
If you have any questions about the survey, please contact So O’Neil at so.oneil@altarum.org. Thank you for your help with this important project. Your feedback will help strengthen and enhance maternal and child health programs in Maine.
