Cohen & Gresser is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Spatz to Counsel.  Mr. Spatz has extensive experience handling complex litigation and arbitration, particularly in the areas of products liability and commercial litigation.  Mr. Spatz also has considerable experience assisting clients with complex settlements, including devising models for valuing claims and designing, negotiating, and managing large-scale settlement programs for multi-district products liability actions.  Mr. Spatz was named one of New York's Super Lawyers Rising Stars for Civil Litigation Defense in 2013.
