Hello Training Sponsors and Instructors!

Thank you for your continued support and work on the CA ECE Workforce Registry. We are so appreciative of the quality professional development that you offer to the ECE field!

We have been working hard to improve our video resources and expanding our technical assistance, so that training participants have multiple means of accessing assistance. Please visit our new Registry Resource website and our new Registry Playlists.

Keep your Training Sponsor Account up-to-date:

  • Confirm attendance for the 3rd fiscal quarter and please confirm attendance within 7 days of a training.
  • Remove access of past employees' or instructors' to the "Training Sponsor Tools" or "Instructor Tools" within 1 business day.
  • Change your password every 60- 90 days for security!

Please contact me if you have questions or need technical assistance, [email protected].

Thank you,
Pamela Becwar,
Professional Development Coordinator

Registry Reporting Year End Webinar
Thursday, May 19, 2022, 10 a.m.

The Year-End Webinar for Training Sponsors will include Registry updates and new resources, a brief review of “Training Sponsor Tools” and attendance data uploads, and a deeper dive into your Registry reports. There will be time for questions.
NEW: Use QR Codes to promote your trainings

Training QR codes can be scanned, bring training participants directly to the Registry enrollment page, using a smart phone with a built in QR code readers on the camera or a QR code reader app.

If the participant is not logged into the Registry, and they try to enroll, they will be directed to login and then will automatically be brought back to enrollment page.

Instructions:
The QR Code is available on the Event Management, View, and then click on Share This Event. When you click on Generate or Copy QR Code it will download an image (see image on the lower left on your computer screen) which can be added to flyers and printed materials.

Test your code before you publish your materials:
  • Open your camera on your phone or your QR code reader app and hold the camera up to the QR code
  • Make sure camera is vertical and not too close or far away and that you can open the webpage.
  • Check that the QR code image size is large enough to scan
  • Make sure image quality is adequate for scanning
