THREADING THE NEEDLE

With AAA/CAA Club Partners

Batteries were top-of-mind at the AAA Automotive Conference in Seattle, with many speakers discussing the value of the Battery Service Program. For the first time ever, representatives from all three of Club Assist’s AAA-approved battery manufacturers attended the conference: East Penn Manufacturing, Clarios, and Sebang Global Battery, in addition to DHC Specialty Corporation, manufacturer of the MBC-1000 tester.

This unique opportunity allowed AAA/CAA Club attendees to connect, engage, and ask questions about battery manufacturing trends, testing, and strategic plans for the EV evolution of the automotive industry.

BATTERY PROGRAM OPERATIONS

BULK WARRANTY ADJUTICATION:

Data Requirement Changes Jan. 1, 2024

To help ensure quality control in processing warranty claims, Club Assist will begin requiring additional data from Battery Service Providers filing bulk battery warranty claims beginning Jan. 1, 2024. The additional data requirements will assist warranty adjudicators in expediting warranty credit.
