Keynote Topic: Best Practice Monitoring and Oversight Controls for K-14 Bond Programs

Is your District working on or considering a new Bond Program? Inadequate monitoring and oversight controls can undermine your Program’s success. Ineffective master planning, reporting, contract administration, procurement, and resource management practices, as well as expenditure-management controls could present significant financial risks.

-  Join us at the Second Annual CABOC Virtual Statewide Conference to learn more about Best Practice Monitoring and Oversight Controls for K-14 Bond Programs.

-  We’ll address key challenges relevant to your District and provide strategies for efficient bond program management — while helping to reduce noncompliant, excessive, and unsupported costs.

Discussion Topics Presented by Moss Adams

  • Understand challenges that other Programs are experiencing
  • Learn how Districts enhance their strategies and tactics
  • How CBOC Members can help support a successful, transparent, and accountable bond program
  • Best practices on how CBOC Members can review and report on expenditures of taxpayer’s money for School Construction
