Please support independent CBOCs with a donation

The California Association of Bond Oversight Committees (CABOC) needs your help financing our operation. As we step up our programs and outreach, our expenses also increase. Currently, we are spending more than we have coming in.
-- CABOC's purpose is to support school bond oversight and CBOCs by being dedicated to the proposition that taxpayers deserve information on proper bond expenditures by facilitating independent citizens' bond oversight committees.
-- Our mission is to develop and deliver support such as training, newsletters, conferences, and workshops and represent our collective interests statewide.
-- During 2021, CABOC sponsored an October 16, 2021, statewide conference, published nineteen newsletters, prepared the 2022 legislation program, developed a website, and prepared thirty FAQs. We are currently working on 16 training videos that will assist and ease learning on how to be an effective CBOC member. Topics include:
  • Proposition 39 • Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committees • CBOC Independence
  • Bylaws/MOU • Committee Operations • Performance Audit • Annual Report
  • Facilities Master Plan • Financial Reports • Website • Financial Audits

As a nonprofit association, we depend on your support.
Please consider making a monthly recurring donation of $25.
One-time contributions, in any amount, are also appreciated. Thank you!
