The second annual Long Island Youth Film Festival

will be presented at the Cinema Arts Centre on

November 7th – 9th, 2025. The festival promotes

Long Island-based films created by filmmakers

age 25 and under.

We invite businesses and individuals to help us make our festival possible, through visible support. Your sponsorship will reach tens of thousands of local film-lovers and community members, and will help us grow this exciting, youth-serving festival.

This festival is led by the Cinema Arts Centre's Youth Advisory Board, and framed by the principle "nothing about us without us." Stewarded by our new Department of Youth Outreach, the Long Island Youth Film Festival centers the needs and aspirations of film artists on Long Island.

Your support will uplift young voices on Long Island, and help us keep young talent in our community, while bringing you or your business visible benefits.

Community Supported Agriculture Benefit for Cinema Members

Cinema Arts Centre Membership is ON SALE until June 30th. AND Cinema Arts Centre Members newly joining Green Thumb CSA - Huntington receive $55 off on CSA membership through June 30th! 

Green Thumb CSA - Huntington will be in our Sky Room Café every Thursday until December 11th, between 3:30pm and 7:30pm.

Green Thumb CSA - Huntington is offering Cinema Arts Centre Members $55 off the initial sign-up cost of joining. Plus all new CSA members receive the wonderful CSA cookbook…From Asparagus to Zucchini: a guide to cooking farm-fresh seasonal produce.

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture and it's a great way to support a local farm family while also getting fresh, local, certified organic produce at a fair price. Green Thumb CSA - Huntington is great for families (kids that come to the CSA are more likely to eat veggies THEY pick out), great for seniors (if you're interested in eating healthy on a budget this is a mighty good investment), great for singles (if you want to share a CSA share with someone we provide a veggie matchmaking service), and great for everyone who's interested in eating better (and tastier), saving money, keeping our Long Island agricultural heritage going strong, and helping to clean up our environment.

All the food in the CSA Share is from Green Thumb Farm in Water Mill, NY. They are an 11th generation family farm that's been farming on Long Island since the 1640s! Almost half of what they grow is sold to CSA members, so CSA helps keep this family doing what they love, and what they're very good at doing.

Our annual Spring Membership Sale ends on June 30th! Membership is critical to the future of our independent community cinema.

Over the past year, the Cinema Arts Centre has been hard at work to bring you some of your favorite films and community events. Last year, we presented over 3,000 first-run screenings of over 85 films, produced 522 special screenings and events, and were responsible for over $7,000,000 in spending in our local community because of our visitors.

If you enjoy our programming, you have yourself to thank! The funding support from members like you allows us to dedicate ourselves to making these screenings happen and to forming a thriving community. The heart of our mission is making a place for connection and dialogue to flourish between neighbors. The Cinema as it is now could not exist without Membership!

Membership is now available at a reduced price through June 30th. Now is a great time to make sure your membership is current, to join if you are not already a member, to upgrade your membership for even more benefits, and to tell your friends about what the Cinema means to you - helping our community to GROW!
