Recent Highlight

In late August, several CAC staff members volunteered at the Wynn Foundation's bi-annual Feed The Funnel meal-packing event. The team was joined at Encore Boston Harbor by nearly 100 volunteers from other local non-profits funded by the Wynn Foundation and Encore staff. The three-day, multi-shift event aimed to package 500,000 protein-packed, nutritious, and easy to prepare meal bags for local food pantries.

Many of the families who come to the CAC experience food insecurity, so we were thrilled to help pack 70,000 meal bags for the local community during our shift.
