Aiken Chamber
A geofenced social media and Google ad words campaign being used by the Chamber to promote Aiken as an excellent place to live, work and play is successfully wrapping up after a three-year run. The campaign aggressively targeted the Washington D.C. metro area, including Fort Meade, Maryland, and Fort Belvoir, Virginia, where individuals potentially relocating to the area with the growth of the cyber industry corridor were working before being transferred to our region. Click here for a video that was produced in early 2020 from the campaign.

Charleston Metro Chamber
The Chamber has released Talent 2020 & Beyond, a report focused on a skills-first approach to meeting the Charleston region's workforce needs. With the disruption of 2020, the region has experienced a drastic swing from record high to record low unemployment and is now facing a new challenge - how to get people back to work and advance economic recovery.

The Chamber is excited to partner with the Columbia and Greenville Chambers on the inaugural SC Leadership Exchange, a four-day, virtual conference in November where leaders from South Carolina's three largest metros will come together to have dialogues and build connections across the state.

The Chamber will host their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Conference virtually on October 13-15. The Chamber is creating a space to listen, learn and take action on the importance of diversity in the workplace. We will spend three days journeying together in a virtual conference with the goal of leading our region's business community in creating a diverse and inclusive workforce where opportunities and resources are equitable for all. Each day will feature a thought-provoking keynote speaker along with breakout sessions and work groups. At the end of the conference, you will be equipped with the resources you need to undertake the DE&I journey within your own organization.

Clayton Chamber
The Chamber is hosting our first fully in-person event since COVID in October. The first annual Clayton Chamber of Commerce "Clays for Commerce" clay shooting tournament, presented by RiverWild, will be held on October 16, 2020 from 10am to noon. Wilmington Chamber
We are working with UNC Wilmington, the city, the county, Cape Fear Community College’s Small Business Center and the SBTDC to host a virtual MED Week beginning on October 5. We have served on the planning committee which has identified partners to provide programming for Minority-owned Enterprises. In previous years, the program lasted only a day and a half. This year, programming will start on Monday and go through Saturday morning.

Additionally, we are hosting our 2nd annual 40 Under 40 event in partnership with the Star News. The inaugural event was very well received. This year, due to the pandemic, we are producing a video recognizing all 40 winners, as well as our sponsors and judges. We will provide gift bags for the winners, sponsors and ticket purchasers which will include libations and snacks, as well as coupons from various chamber members. We will premier the video on October 22 at 5:30pm.
Zebulon Chamber
We will hold our Annual Meeting virtually. Olde Raleigh Distillery will be opening in our Downtown later this year. As a way to highlight them, we will host the virtual Annual Meeting from their space.
