Upcoming Events

Theatre on the Spectrum Adult Company to perform at Hiram College, Seeks bookings for November!

On Friday, October 27th, our Adult Company will be performing our new cabaret show, entitled There's No Business Like Show Business! Using favorite songs, monologues and scenes, the company shares their love of performing and includes the audience in an interactive improv session at the end of the show.

We are looking for audiences to come to see the show at our Blue Box Theatre, 1501 S Hawkins Ave, Akron 44320 for performances on Mondays and Thursdays throughout November. Available dates are Nov 2, 6, 9, 14, 21, 27 and 30 -- show time is at noon or 1 pm. Call 234-678-7830 or contact us at [email protected] to make a booking. Tickets throughout November are only $1!

Halloween Improv Nite!

Join us for improvs in your Halloween Costume! Are you ready to improv? We continue with our fourth monthly Improv Nite on October 28 from 7 - 9 pm.

Join us for two hours of short form improv, featuring favorite improv games to challenge your creative juices and bring forth lots of laughs! All ages and all abilities!

Improv Nite is family-friendly for all ages and abilities! Bring a friend and join in the fun! November 18 is our next Improv Nite!

Jordan Euell wins BIG at Mr. Flash Competition

Jordan, works with CADA teaching improv classes while attending Kent State University. We are honoring his talents and gifts. Jordan blew away all the competition in the 6th annual Mr. Flash competition hosted by KSU. Winning all three awards given out, Jordan is definitely flashing his way to the top! Congratulations Mr. Flash!

Drop-in Classes Start Soon! Winter and Spring Schedule!

Seasons change, and Drop in classes are approaching! Join us during winter break January 6th - March 9th from 10-11 a.m every Saturday and gain a new perspective on Improv. Classes are only 25$ a session!

Prefer to laugh in warmer weather? Spring into action and sign up for our upcoming spring classes starting April 7th - June 9th! Classes are only 25$ a session, held every Saturday 10-11 a.m!

Meet our staff -- Cierra Bostic, Marketing Intern

Cierra, not a native to Akron found her niche studying Communications at The University of Akron. Passionate about theater, music, poetry and the world of art as a whole makes her excellent in helping promote CADA and bring together Akron's communities.
