Defrost with FiTHOP Festive Fitness
Saturday, December 30th
This wholly day season, we’ve got a whole new reason and way to celebrate! Get your inner child ready to play with our signature KBB method with a festive flair.
KBB (Kick Beat Boxing) is a unique combination of kickboxing and beatboxing. But instead of combat, envision a captivating musical choreography where kicks and punches have their own corresponding sounds and melodies that make up classic christmas carols. Mingle and jingle with other families who value the power of play and support the cause!
A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada!
