Monthly Support Groups


Join CADDAC’s Adult ADHD Support Groups or our Parent Support Group, lead by CADDAC-trained facilitators, who are all adults with ADHD or parents and caregivers of children with ADHD.


Sessions will allow you to share your story or strategies with others who understand what it means to be an adult with ADHD, or what it means to be a parent or caregiver of a child (or children!) with ADHD.


Please note: An email will be sent a day before the session with the Zoom link.

Parenting Survey: Understanding Problematic Screen Media Use in Children and Youth At Risk for Attention Difficulties


Organized by York University, the purpose of this study is to better understand problematic screen media use in children and youth with attention problems.


Parents of children and youth between the ages of 6 and 18 years with ADHD are asked to participate.

Join the ADHD community and participate in the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend!


Take part in the Kids Marathon, 2k, 5k, 10k, Half marathon, or full marathon. If you choose the virtual marathon, you can choose any date and location in May to complete your event. If you choose the in-person option, you’ll join with others racing in downtown Ottawa.


Help spread awareness and raise funds for the Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada.
