ADHD Stories

Sheena's Story

Have you ever felt like you're only hearing half of the story, like you're disconnected from the world around you? Sheena certainly knows that feeling all too well.

Throughout her educational journey, Sheena grappled with this disconnection, as if she were only experiencing half the soundtrack of life. Little did she know, her struggles were rooted in undiagnosed ADHD – a common reality for many.

Ways to Give

Planned giving

The most effective way to contribute to the future of individuals and families affected by ADHD across Canada is through planned giving, also known as granting a legacy or making a bequest. It is up to you to decide how your gift will be used; however, a general gift allows CADDAC to direct the monies received to the areas of greatest need.

There are a few simple ways to plan a gift in your will for the Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada. Planning for the future does not require depriving your family and loved ones to accommodate your desire to leave a charitable bequest, nor does it mean putting a strain you as you put your affairs in order.
