CAEP NOVA Program Area Reporting Reminder
Magnifying glass with the word Data at center
Please remember that you may include any supports, services, administrative costs and overhead in the NOVA Program Area Reporting if it connects to the course offerings and the hours of instruction. CAEP is tasked with showing the cost of offering the instructional class – which includes all necessary supports and overhead. What we want to avoid is listing expenses in a program area, but there are zero hours of instruction. An example of what to avoid – you have 500 hours of instruction for CTE but no expenses for CTE. Or you have $60,000 in CTE expenses and no hours of instruction.

Contact CAEP TAP at tap@caladulted.org, if you have additional questions regarding program area reporting.
