Facing challenges like technology gaps and inaccessibility of support services, the faculty and staff acted quickly to maintain educational continuity. Their comprehensive response, which included moving curriculum online, virtualizing counseling, and providing wraparound support, created a replicable model that other adult education programs can adapt.
