CAEP Program Area Reporting for 2021-22 – Estimates Due September 30, 2022

It’s here! The CAEP Office has released the CAEP Program Area Reporting for 2021-22 guidance memo. In addition to the release of the guidance, the CAEP Office has extended the Estimates due date to September 30, 2022. We are aware that most consortia and agencies have submitted their estimates and we wholeheartedly appreciate your diligence in getting your data submitted on time. However, if anyone needs any additional time, you will have until September 30, 2022. The Actuals are still due on December 1, 2022.

The guidance document includes information regarding the following:

  • Reporting requirements;
  • Period of reporting;
  • Program area definitions;
  • Hours of instruction by program area defined;
  • Operational costs defined;
  • Leverage funds by program area defined;
  • Frequently asked questions;
  • And steps to complete the program area report in NOVA

Review the guidance, even if you have submitted your estimates, to ensure you have captured the program area report data accurately.

If you need assistance, contact CAEP TAP at [email protected] or (888) 827-2324.
