Hanover Research: Equity Toolkit
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) toolkit helps institutions develop strategies and actions to prioritize equity across campuses. The toolkit provides strategies that can be implemented as institutions introduce an equity mindset across the institution and align decision-making with equity goals at all levels. The toolkit also provides tools, resources, and guiding questions to support leaders in implementing and integrating an equity mindset systematically. Access the toolkit and identify ways the toolkit could be implemented in adult education.

reTHINK Adult Education Challenge
The reTHINK Adult Ed Challenge is a $750,000 competition to advance pre-apprenticeships. The U.S. Department of Education invites adult education providers to design programs that better prepare learners for apprenticeships and beyond.
Apprenticeships can provide a vital entry point into well-paid and rewarding careers across industries — but many adult learners face barriers to accessing them. Advancing innovative pre-apprenticeship programs that address these hurdles will benefit everyone, including adult learners, employers, and the communities around them.
