CAER Celebrates SuperShelf Certification, Walk-In Cooler Expansion

CAER Food Shelf recently celebrated its SuperShelf Certification, a walk-in cooler expansion, and other improvements at a recognition event .

The internal transformation has built on existing foundations at CAER and resulted in a welcoming, positive grocery store-like experience for shoppers. We appreciate all the donors, volunteers, and staff for their dedication to completing these projects!

Strong Start to the School Year

Thank you to the many individuals and businesses that donated new backpacks and school supplies!

Your generosity provided 461 children with many of the core supplies needed to start the school year.

In addition to their backpacks, hundreds of pounds of produce was available for families to choose from at the free farmers market during the school supply distribution. The Sherburne County Wellness Bus was onsite to provide additional resource connections and services.
CAER Winter Coat Drive

Colder weather is around the corner!

You can help keep our community warm this winter by donating new or gently used winter coats.

Both adult and youth sizes are needed. Our most needed sizes are youth age 5-18.

Coats can be brought to CAER during our regular donation hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday/Wednesday/Friday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday. Please go to Door C (back of the building) when you arrive and ring the bell. Thank you!
