An Old Ottawa East holiday event for everyone!
With activities for children and adults alike, everyone is welcome, no registration required! Kid's holiday movies and crafts will take place upstairs, and an adult craft social and holiday baking exchange will take place downstairs.
Snacks (popcorn) and warm drinks (hot chocolate, coffee, tea) will be provided. Check out the event schedule below for more details. You can also find this information on our website, here.

2025 Holiday Food Drive
CAG's Light Up Old Town Hall event is the perfect time to drop off your donation to the second annual Old Ottawa East Holiday Food Drive! Your donation also enters you for a chance to win one of three awesome raffle prizes. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far!

Can't make it to the event on Saturday? No worries, you can still donate online or by dropping off items another day (check out our drop-off schedule here).

Winter Break Camp
Join us and have a ball during the holiday break at Brantwood Park Fieldhouse! We are celebrating 4 days of wintery fun-filled indoor and outdoor adventures, exciting activities and festive arts and crafts!
Dates: Dec 29, Dec 30, Dec 31, 2025 and Jan 2, 2026 (not including Jan 1, 2026)
Times: 8:45am - 5:30pm
Location: Brantwood Park Fieldhouse

Somatic, Mindful Movement
Discover a gentle, restorative class designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension and move with more ease. These gentle explorations are suitable for participants of any age or movement background.

Welcome to our Gentle Pilates and Fascia Flow Fusion class with Pam Forth - blending the mindful strength of Gentle Pilates with the fluid release of Fascia Flow. In just 45 minutes, unwind built up tension, lengthen tight areas, and restore balanced, resilient strength through guided, rhythmic movement.
Perfect for anyone looking for a grounding, low-impact class that still leaves you feeling energized and refreshed.

CAG D&D: Quest Group
If you love the epic storytelling and teamwork of Dungeons and Dragons, you'll love diving into Quest! Step into a land of fantasy and adventure with the CAG Quest group. This program is ideal for those with strong imagination and adventurous spirits.

There will be a Public Information Session on Lansdowne 2.0 on Wednesday Dec 17 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at TD Place Arena, Concourse between Gates 2 and 3. This is a drop-in session for residents and the public to meet the construction team, learn more about the project and upcoming construction milestones.

With support from the City of Ottawa, the National Capital Commission, the Government of Canada, as well as a growing number of sponsors and community supports, the Rideau Winter Trail provides barrier-free winter sports along the Rideau River.
This community-led, volunteer-based initiative provides a winter trail for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, walking and snow biking.
