Grandir Ensemble - ON Y Va French Playgroup

Looking for a French playgroup in Old Ottawa East?

Grandir Ensemble runs their free ON Y Va French playgroup for young children (aged 0 - 6 years old) every Thursday from 9:30am to 11:00am at Brantwood Park Fieldhouse (39 Onslow Crescent)!

CAG is thrilled to be hosting this amazing French resource at Brantwood Park Fieldhouse, and its presence in Old Ottawa East relies on attendance from our community! If you and your little one(s) would like to practice your French or meet your fellow Francophone neighbours, please consider attending on Thursdays! Your support can make a world of a difference and ensure this playgroup keeps running in our community.

Our newest CAG Adult Fitness/Wellness class is open for all ages who are looking for a gentler approach for yoga.

Bring a yoga mat, some comfy clothes, and a sense of curiosity! Additional props such as chairs, blocks, straps, and foam mats will be available at the Field house.

The physical benefits from gentle movements and postures are recognized, but yoga offers other benefits as well: through breathing and meditative techniques that can soothe the mind and in turn, offer a broader sense of well-being.

Ottawa East Holiday Food Drive: Thank You!

Thank you Old Ottawa East neighbours, for the amazing support for our Ottawa East Holiday Food Drive!!

We also collected around 100 lbs of food! We are incredibly grateful for everyone's generous contributions, and proud of the positive impact that our community has made.

This also means the winners have been selected for our Final Raffle, and four lucky individuals will each receive an amazing prize!!

CAG encourages our community to consider supporting the Ottawa Food Bank beyond the holiday season.
