Pricing: $25.00/session, $5.00 drop-in
The Ottawa East Homeschool Meet Ups provide an opportunity for community members who are homeschooling their children, to get together to socialize, engage in activities, and play with children in the warmth and shelter of the Brantwood Park Fieldhouse. CAG is providing the facilities and a First Aid-trained staff to be present for the Meet Ups. Parents and caregivers will plan and facilitate the activities for the children.

CAG is turning PA Days into unforgettable adventures with our fabulous PA Day Camps! Children will make the most of fall fun with themed games, crafts and activities at Brantwood Park Fieldhouse.
Dates for CECCE/CEPEO Students: Monday Nov 24
Dates for OCSDB Students: Friday Nov 28
Times: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Pricing: $55.00/day
Extended Care: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
A limited number of Extended-Care spots will be available depending on the date of the PA Day Camp and children may be with our regular After-School program where required.

We are celebrating 4 days of wintery fun-filled indoor and outdoor adventures, exciting activities and festive arts and crafts!

March Break Camp
CAG's March Break Camp Registration is open, which means parents have the chance to plan ahead and secure an unforgettable March Break at Brantwood Park Fieldhouse! Spaces fill up quickly, so don't delay and register today.
We will take advantage of whatever the weather provides for us this March Break. We will skate if we can, snowshoe, cross-country ski, sled and build snow forts. With outdoor adventures aplenty, it's sure to be oodles of fun!

The Mainstreeter's November 2025 Newsletter featured an exciting sneak peek at the upcoming December 2025 print issue, as well as some great holiday gift inspiration in the form of their new puzzles and mug, featuring artwork from beloved Old Ottawa East artists.
It also featured an open invitation for The Mainstreeter's 40th Anniversary Open House and Volunteer Appreciation Party on Saturday Nov 15, from 12:00pm - 3:00pm at The Atelier of Saint-Paul University (95 Clegg). All are welcome, no RSVP needed.

Sandy Hill Community Health Centre (SHCHC) is the recipient of Heartbreaker's Pizza Chef Pie donation initiative this November.
A portion of every Chef Pie sold this month will be donated to support their work providing compassionate, barrier-free care to people in the community who are marginalized, unhoused or facing complex health and social challenges. Enjoy a delicious pizza and give to the SHCHC at the same time!

The Help Santa Toy Parade is back for its 56th year, on Saturday November 22 at 11:00am!
The parade will take a new route this year, starting on Queen Elizabeth Driveway near the Cartier Drill Hall, proceeding south on Queen Elizabeth Driveway and ending at Lansdowne Park. They will be collecting donations in the form of new, unwrapped toys, cash and "tap" donations as a cashless option. Donations of new, unwrapped toys will also be collected at all Ottawa fire stations until Christmas.

Step in the holiday spirit at Ottawa's jolliest farmer's market! A Special Night Market and Tree Lighting Ceremony at Lansdowne on Friday Nov 21 from 5 - 9pm will precede the Christmas Market on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 4pm from Nov 22 through to Dec 21.
