As the weather cools down, warm up with Better Body Bootcamp! Stay on track with your fitness goals by joining this exclusive, women-only fitness experience led by the knowledgeable Katie Ireland. Step into a vibrant and supportive environment, where each session is a fresh and engaging adventure.

Tuesdays: 7:05am - 7:50am, Bootcamp Online

PA Day Camps: November 2025

CAG is turning PA Days into unforgettable adventures with our fabulous PA Day Camps! Children will make the most of fall fun with themed games, crafts and activities at Brantwood Park Fieldhouse.


Dates for OCSDB Students: Friday Nov 7, Friday Nov 28

Dates for CECCE/CEPEO Students: Monday Nov 24


Times: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Pricing: $55.00 / child / day

Extended Care: 4:00pm - 5:30pm for $12.50


A limited number of Extended-Care spots will be available depending on the date of the PA Day Camp and children may be with our regular After-School program where required.

Toddler Playgroups

CAG's Toddler Playgroup runs every Tuesday to Dec 16, and welcomes children ages 0 - 4 years old and their caregivers.


CAG staff facilitate crafts, sensory activities and music from 9:30am - 12:00pm. Drop-in for $5 or sign up for the fall session for only $25!

ON y va, programme de Grandir Ensemble, offre gratuitement des lieux où les enfants de 0 à 6 ans, accompagnés des personnes qui s’occupent d’eux, sont libres de venir jouer, s’amuser et apprendre d’autres personnes, et ce, en français. Le groupe est chaque jeudi, de 9h30 à 11h00.

Mothercraft Ottawa offers free monthly Monday Sensory Playtimes at Brantwood Fieldhouse. Children ages 0 - 6 years old and their caregivers are invited to enjoy developmental activities that focus on touch, sight and hearing from 10:00am - 11:30am.

Old Ottawa East Community Association (OOECA) 2025 AGM

Join the OOECA board members and guests for the OOECA's 2025 Annual General Meeting, with a social gathering of OOE community members following AGM adjournment. The meeting will take place on Tuesday Nov 18 from 7:00pm - 9:00pm and can be attended both in-person and online. The in-person location will be confirmed closer to the AGM here.

Plus, the OOECA's 2025 fall membership drive is live right now! Visit their membership webpage to learn about easy ways to become a member and how your household's $5 yearly membership fee supports community activities and advocacy. There will be an opportunity to register for membership before the AGM proceedings, from 6:30pm - 7:00pm on Nov 18.

OOECA 2025 Remembrance Day Commemoration

The 2025 Remembrance Day Commemoration at Brantwood Place Gates will take place on Sunday November 9, from 10:30am - 11:30am. The intersection of Main Street and Beckwith Road, and streets south and north of Brantwood Place Gates will be closed from 10:15am to 11:45am.


Join Montgomery Legion and 742 air cadets with representatives of the Canadian Armed Forces and ex-Service associations, Legion & Women's section, Councillor Shawn Menard, MPP Catherine McKenney and MP Yasir Naqvi, OOECA board members and neighbours to honour service people past and present.

Public Forum on the Lansdowne 2.0 Proposal

Better Ottawa is hosting a public forum on the Lansdowne 2.0 Proposal on Monday November 3rd from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. The forum will be held both online and in person at Salvation Army Barrhaven Church and Community Centre (102 Bill Leathem Drive).


Pizza and refreshments will be offered at 5:45pm, with proceedings beginning at 6:30pm.
