CAHEC  Capital  Welcomes New  Manager 
CAHEC is excited to announce the addition of Tara Campbell as the Manager, Lending of CAHEC Capital. Ms. Campbell possesses over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. She received her Certification as an Economic Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council and completed the Citi Leadership Program through the Opportunity Finance Network. Ms. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Economics from Denison University.

Prior to joining CAHEC, Ms. Campbell served as Senior Vice President - Lending & Investments for the North Carolina Community Development Initiative. Her responsibilities included managing the vision, strategy, operating infrastructure, compliance, and reporting for Initiative Capital, the Initiatives Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) subsidiary. Additionally, she served as Director of Lending for IFF, the largest CDFI in the Midwest, where she led the regional expansion and portfolio growth across the state of Ohio. Ms. Campbell has also held the position of Vice President of Lending for Finance Fund, a statewide CDFI, where she was responsible for the deployment of over $32 million and participation in small business, facilities-based lending for non-profits, as well as leveraged and pre-development loans for structures utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, and Historic Tax Credits.

When asked about the addition of Ms. Campbell to the CAHEC team, Dana Boole, CAHEC's President & CEO remarked, "I am thrilled that Tara has joined our team as Manager, Lending.
