Have you registered for this year's Partners Conference yet? We have an amazing line up of speakers and session topics this year. Debbie Phillips is back again to kick off our conference on Tuesday, June 5, as our opening session plenary speaker. Her session, The Breakfast of Champions , will provide tips for starting your day off right to create a positive mindset and how to reach your goals. Also on Tuesday, several CAHEC staff will be lending their expertise as speakers for two sessions - Budgeting & Managing Property Operating Costs and CAHEC Site Inspections: How to Prepare for Them and What to Expect . A perfect end to your day is our evening Reception & Dinner on the Grandover Resort Outdoor Lawn. There will be plenty of food, fun, and music to dance the night away.

After a good night's sleep and a delicious breakfast, you will be ready for all the sessions day two has to offer. Construction Costs: What is in Your Future will address the ever-evolving construction industry and the factors that impact costs during development. The Opioid Epidemic will be another popular session this year. Presented by the Franklin County Sheriff's office, attendees will hear a discussion on the opioid epidemic and learn tips on what to look out for at your property.

While these are just a few samplings of what you can expect at the upcoming CAHEC Partners Conference, we're offering 15 incredible sessions that will cover a variety of industry topics. We hope you will join us on June 4-5 in Greensboro, NC, at the Grandover Resort & Conference Center Visit our conference website for the full agenda and registration information.
